W.T. Smith - Land Surveying was started by Tommy Smith in 2003 after obtaining his survey liscense. Since the beginning, we have worked with many licensed proffesionals such as engineers, architects, designers, property owners and land development companies in a collaborative environment to ensure a project is performed in an accurate and timely manner. We have helped many builders, developers and property owners with the process of obtaining approval from the reviewing agencies as well as obtaining building permits. Allthough we are a small-medium sized land survey company, we have fine tuned the survey process to acheive a quick turn-around time.
